Jeff Annenberg is the Founder of Annenberg Investments and has spent his entire career in real estate. Prior to establishing the firm, Jeff held senior roles at The Levy Organization, Bennett & Kahnweiler, and Heitman Financial, where he gained deep expertise across acquisitions, development, financing, and asset management.

Since founding Annenberg Investments in 1995, Jeff has led the acquisition, development, and repositioning of multifamily, industrial, office, and retail assets across the country. Under his leadership, the firm has acquired and developed properties totaling more than $750 million in value.

Jeff’s focus on hands-on execution, long-term relationships, and creative deal structuring continues to serve as the foundation of the firm’s culture and strategy.

Cooper Annenberg joined Annenberg Investments in 2020 and is actively involved in all operational aspects of the firm, including acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, and strategic initiatives. He brings a hands-on, execution-oriented approach that complements the firm’s relationship-driven investment model.

Prior to joining Annenberg, Cooper spent seven years as a retail broker at RKF (Robert K. Futterman & Associates), where he was the first hire in the firm’s Chicago office. He was involved in several high-profile transactions that helped shape the retail footprint of downtown Chicago, representing both landlords and tenants in over one million square feet of deals. His clients included Friedman Properties, Newcastle Limited, LG Development, and H Mart, for whom he structured the flagship West Loop lease.

Cooper holds a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Jarrett Annenberg joined Annenberg Investments in 2025 and helps lead the firm’s efforts in acquisitions, capital formation, and strategic growth. He is focused on expanding the firm’s portfolio and driving its next phase of institutional growth.

Prior to joining Annenberg, Jarrett was the Co-Founder and Head of Investments at NewLake Capital Partners, a publicly traded REIT focused on the cannabis industry. During his tenure, he helped raise over $400 million, led all investment activity, and played a central role in operations, asset management, and portfolio growth as the company scaled from startup to IPO and beyond.

Previously, Jarrett spent a decade at CBRE, where he was promoted to Senior Vice President — the youngest to hold that title outside New York — advising high-growth companies on complex real estate strategies. He completed over 7 million square feet of transactions totaling more than $1 billion for clients including GrubHub, Paylocity, Caterpillar, and AmTrust Financial.

Jarrett earned a B.S. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a concentration in real estate finance. He also volunteers and sits on the board of The Bloc, a nonprofit after-school program in Chicago.
