Roosevelt Galleria

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Moyer Properties and Development Resources, Inc., purchased two, old retail buildings with a parking lot in the rear on the Roosevelt Road corridor in the South Loop of Chicago with over 225’ of frontage. The Property underwent an extensive renovation to both the interior and exterior and ultimately secured long term leases with The Vitamin Shoppe, Sleepy’s (now Mattress Firm, Petco, Golfsmith, and United Health.
The Property was sold in March 2016.
300 W. Adams

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Sterling Bay, purchased a 12-story, Gothic style office building with ground floor retail directly across from the Willis Tower. The Property underwent a major renovation while preserving its classic Gothic architectural detail. In 2010, the Property obtained landmark designation from the City of Chicago.
The Property was sold in August 2012.
501 Skokie

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Montero Partners, purchased the site and demolished the original structures and created two, adjacent developable pad sites. A brand new North Shore University Health System was built on one of the pad sites.
The Property was sold in June 2014.
445 Skokie

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Montero Partners, purchased the site and demolished the original structures and created two, adjacent developable pad sites. A brand new Charles Schwab was built on one of the pad sites.
This Property was sold in August 2009.
The East Ohio Building

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Sterling Capital Partners, purchased this 21-story office building that included a 10-story parking garage. After renovating the lobby and common areas, occupancy reached 95%.
This Property was sold in December 1999.
9 Jackson

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Davis Street Land Company, purchased a 20,000 SF office building located in the heart of downtown Naperville. After an extensive renovation, the Property was leased long term to Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn.
The Property was sold in February 2000.
612 S. Clinton

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Sterling Bay, purchased a four-story office building. After extensive renovation, the Property was able to increase occupancy and operations.
The Property was sold in March 2000.
430 Park Avenue

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Davis Street Land Company, purchased a four-story, mixed use building on the northeast corner of Park Avenue and Sheridan Road in the heart of downtown Highland Park. After a complete renovation, the Property consists of 6,000 SF of retail on the ground floor, 12,000 SF of office and three apartments on the upper floors.
Annenberg Investments sold its interest in the Property in February 2020.
Central Park Apartments

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Moyer Properties and LV Property Management, purchased a 48 unit, LIHTC apartment building in Racine, WI. After undergoing an extensive renovation program, the building stabilized and the Partnership secured a long term loan with Freddie Mac.
The Property was sold in January 2025.
Park Colony Apartments

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Moyer Properties and LV Property Management, purchased 240 market rate apartments and immediately underwent an extensive renovation. After improving building operations, the building was stabilized.
The Property was sold in December 2014.
