Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Moyer Properties and LV Property Management, purchased 240 market rate apartments and immediately underwent an extensive renovation. After improving building operations, the building was stabilized.

300 W. Adams

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Sterling Bay, purchased a 12-story, Gothic style office building with ground floor retail directly across from the Willis Tower. The Property underwent a major renovation while preserving its classic Gothic architectural detail. In 2010, the Property obtained landmark designation from the City of Chicago.
The Property was sold in August 2012.
413 N. Carpenter

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Moyer Properties, purchased this mixed-use building in the early stages of Fulton Market’s resurgence as Chicago’s premier neighborhood. The Property served as the headquarters for Ravine Park Partners (an Annenberg and Moyer company) and Perl Mortgage on the ground floor. The upper floors consist of 10 market rate, loft apartments. There is also a 30 space parking lot.
This Property was sold in 2019.
885 Sunset Ridge

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Moyer Properties, purchased the former Plunketts Furniture building. Within months, the Property was leased long term to Nestle USA, Inc. to house their frozen pizza headquarters. After investing approximately $18M into the building, Nestle decided to sublease the building years later. Today, the Property is occupied and serving as the national headquarters for Barilla America, Inc.
The Property was sold in February 2020.
Elston Land

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Development Resources, Inc., purchased 6.32 acres at the northeast corner of Augusta and Elston Avenues.

Rosemont Land

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Development Resources, Inc., purchased 22 acres at the northwest corner of Higgins and Mannheim Roads.

Woodview Apartments

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Moyer Properties and McShane Companies, built and delivered 248 market rate apartments with state of the art amenities. The Property was completed and stabilized in 2015.
The Property was sold in October 2016.
Central Park Apartments

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Moyer Properties and LV Property Management, purchased a 48 unit, LIHTC apartment building in Racine, WI. After undergoing an extensive renovation program, the building stabilized and the Partnership secured a long term loan with Freddie Mac.
The Property was sold in January 2025.
877 Torrington

Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Farpoint Development, purchased a vacant 190,192 SF industrial building in Clinton, SC. Within six months, the Property was fully leased to Blue Diamond Industries, a subsidiary of Hexatronic Group AB (public). The Property sits on 52 acres of land and the ceiling heights are 24′ clear.
The Property was sold in October 2022.
