A 252,000 square-foot, 12-story Gothic style office building with ground-floor retail in Chicago, Illinois. The building, designed by architect Jens B. Jensen, was completed in 1927. Annenberg Investments purchased the property in July 2007. The building has been extensively renovated – including upgrades to major systems and aesthetic improvements to preserve its classic Gothic architectural detail. In 2010, 300 West Adams obtained landmark designation from the City of Chicago.
The property was sold to Alliance in August 2012.
