Annenberg Investments, in partnership with Davis Street Land Company, purchased a 26,800 SF mixed use building in downtown Highland Park in 2004. Positioned on the northeast corner of Park Avenue and Sheridan Road in the heart of Highland Park, the redevelopment consisted of a complete renovation of a vintage four-story building. The renovation was completed in the Fall of 2006 and the building now includes 6,000 SF of ground floor retail, 12,000 SF of office space, and three (3) residential units averaging approximately 1,700 SF.
Annenberg Investments sold its interest in the property in 2020.
